Educator must obtain funding, identify and recruit adult learners, find classroom facilities, enroll learners, and produce educational program
Funding for educational programs supported by local, state, and federal funds, as well as by gifts, grants, and contracts obtained by the extension educator
Embedded within the empirical nature of the problem faced by clientele, the educator identifies the economics issues, collaborates with other subject matter specialists, and delivers an integrated educational program
