Nick Kuminoff joined the faculty in the fall of 2006.  His research focuses on developing revealed preference methods and using them to analyze environmental problems that are relevant to public policy.  Nick’s current work investigates how the properties of equilibrium in the housing and labor markets can be used to infer households’ demand for local public goods.  Other ongoing projects develop a multi-sample GMM approach for benefit transfer and analyze the environmental regulation of commercial agriculture.

In his spare time he enjoys live music, table tennis, and the outdoors, especially mountain-biking and backpacking.
